Most of our residents study at IMU Malaysia, although female students from nearby universities such as APU are also welcome, subject to room availability.
We intentionally limit the residence to a maximum of seven female students in a spacious 2,500 sqft penthouse.
This provides a quieter, less crowded, and more comfortable environment compared with many shared student accommodations.

Yes. The residence is equipped with a whole-house water filtration system. Drinking water is further purified through a 5-stage filtration system, with filters replaced regularly every four months.
To provide a respectful and comfortable environment for all residents:
- Female visitors are welcome within reasonable hours.
- Male visitors are not permitted after 10:00 pm.
- Overnight guests are not allowed.
